The vegan food map was a short-term project for Bishop’s Stortford Climate Group, identified as a priority at the Community Climate Gathering. It was launched in January 2022 to coincide with ‘Veganuary’.
Vegan maps are a way to encourage more sustainable eating around Bishop’s Stortford.
This project helped people slowly introduce themselves to vegan food without the stress of having to cook it from scratch.
We wanted you to be inspired by the vegan food offered around the town so you could take it home, or maybe make it yourselves, and at the same time to support local businesses and congratulate them for exploring these types of recipe.
Vegan food map developments were posted on the Instagram account @veganmapstortford.
